1- How the mesh grows into the city and finds its way into the already existing tissue bringing an alternative connection and circulation for the future flooded city.
2- How the mesh grows under the water, and how the new underwater ecology develops to meet the new network and builds a strong stable structure.
3- How private investment and real estate grows into the new mesh.
4- How the vegetation expands from the wetland in the center and gets into the new mesh generating new spaces and connections.
